Composite buffering system (rubber + steel base) · Suitable for high-speed tracks operating at 80–90 km/h; provides competitive-grade protection identical to that used in mainstream venues
Module A: HDPE sheets – Large-area protection with high toughness and impact resistance
The protective panel is made of HDPE (high-density polyethylene) sheet material, with dimensions of 1000 × 400 × 15 mm:
15 mm thickened sheet: Compared to conventional thin sheets, this material offers significantly enhanced penetration resistance, maintaining structural integrity under impacts at speeds of 80–90 km/h.
400 mm protective height: Effectively shields vehicle tires and chassis; compatible with the collision height required for go-karts.
HDPE material characteristics: impact resistance without brittleness, weather and corrosion resistance, and full-body coloring (special colors available upon request).

Module B: Rubber–Steel Plate Composite Base – The Integration of Elastic Buffering and Rigid Anchoring
This is the core technology that distinguishes this product from conventional guardrails:
|
constituent part |
function |
|
Rubber buffer |
During a collision, elastic deformation absorbs the impact energy, thereby reducing the impact force transmitted to the bolt and the road surface. |
|
Steel plate support |
Provide a rigid anchorage foundation to ensure that the fence does not detach or shift under high-speed impact. |
Compared to a pure rubber base (which may be too soft, leading to护栏 displacement) or a pure steel base (which lacks sufficient cushioning), the composite structure balances two seemingly contradictory requirements: "absorbing impact" and "maintaining the护栏 in place." During high-speed collisions, the rubber component undergoes compressive deformation to absorb the majority of the impact energy, while the steel plate component ensures that the entire guardrail remains in contact with the ground.
Module C: 80–90 km/h Impact Resistance Design – Specifically engineered for high-speed racing tracks
This product's impact resistance is designed for speed ranges of 80–90 km/h and is suitable for the following application scenarios:
High-speed karting track
Professional karting competition venue
Racing Park – High-Speed Corner Section
Mainstream sports venues – Competitive tracks
The base spacing is 100 cm apart; compared to a denser layout, this spacing has been calculated to match the force distribution under high-speed impact – ensuring that the impact force exerted on each base remains within its design limits, while also optimizing installation efficiency.
