Thickened PE material · Flexible deployment – creates adjustable safety boundaries for karting tracks
Module A: Mobile Design – Quickly adjust track layouts; versatile functionality.
Traditional fixed guardrails, once installed, remain permanently fixed and cannot accommodate the flexible adjustment requirements of track layout. This product features a movable design:
No ground drilling or pouring required: Simply place it at the designated location on the track to establish a safe boundary.
Quick assembly and disassembly: Each section has a moderate weight, making it easy for one person to handle and arrange.
Flexible configuration: Adjust track alignment, curve radius, and zone boundaries as needed at any time.
This enables operators to quickly switch between the "Daily Individual User Mode" and the "Competitive Event Mode" using the same set of guardrails, allowing a single set of guardrails to suit a variety of operational scenarios.
Module B: Thickened PE material – impact-resistant and age-resistant, ensuring long-lasting durability
This product is manufactured from PE (polyethylene) engineering plastic, which possesses the following characteristics that are crucial for the operator:
High impact resistance: Does not fracture upon vehicle collision; exhibits flexible energy absorption capability, thereby reducing damage to both the guardrail itself and the vehicle.
Excellent weather resistance: maintains stable physical properties across a temperature range of-20°C to 60°C, withstands intense sunlight, rain, snow, and significant temperature fluctuations.
Corrosion resistance: Resists corrosion and decay, eliminating the need for additional coating treatments and reducing daily maintenance costs.
Consistent coloration throughout the surface: The entire surface is uniformly colored; no exposed underlying material with a different color will be visible after surface scratching.
Single-time procurement for long-term use – operators do not need to frequently replace the guardrails nor incur additional manpower or budgetary costs for maintenance.
Module C: Large-size stable structure – 300×300 mm cross-section provides a higher protection surface
Compared to narrow-body guardrails, this product features a larger cross-sectional design of 300×300 mm:
Higher protective surface: A 300 mm height effectively shields against vehicle tires and chassis – ideal for kiting vehicles' collision height.
Wider bottom contact surface: increases friction with the ground, reducing the risk of slipping during collisions.
Internal water filling or counterweight option: Further increases the self-weight to enhance impact resistance and stability.
The large-scale design ensures higher safety redundancy – even in the event of a collision involving high-speed karting vehicles, the guardrails can effectively stop the vehicle, safeguarding the safety of areas outside the track.
Module D: Standard Modular Dimensions – 1000 mm single-section; flexibly configure for any track configuration.
The single-unit dimensions are 1000 × 300 × 300 mm (length × width × height), complying with industry-standard modular specifications:
The 1000 mm length facilitates the calculation of the total track protection length and the required procurement quantity.
Multiple sections can be closely arranged to form a continuous, uninterrupted protective belt.
The track can be freely configured based on the track's shape and curve curvature – straight sections can be constructed as straight lines, while curved sections can be built using segmental connections.
Operators can deploy these guardrails for a variety of applications – including the outer boundary of racing tracks, lane separation, corner protection, and start zone isolation – with a single product set meeting all site safety requirements.
